Premium Ticket Contest delay explained.

This month's contest is delayed a lil bit as I think about the viablity of the idea I had for it, expect a new post when I have decided if it will work.

Update I've got an idea for a fun contest, but checking it for feasablity before I post any details - this will be a big one if it works, with several JTs awarded!
