the weakest links

guys i had some time to spend so i checked the latest status of our followers.

regards to win/loss, gold received/lost and damage to/from enemies ratios i think the fallowing friends are either do not participating in the game or they are the weakest links of our guild.

unless we do know them or want to give them a second chance after sending an ingame message to each of them I say lets kick them out of the guild.

I was not so sure about listing antrax but i just dont want to overmiss and write down my opinion because of her good stats. infact she is not a bad player i guess, she is only just below the line.

Nextly, I am not sure if you are talking activity or not, but on a strict status basis, I suggest kicking, all but veasel and antrax. I don't even think Veasel should be on that list, unless it is activity based. He has better stats that Antrax, is same lvl, and has more wins tyhan losses. Antrax is only 40 battles short, so I suggest Pming her to let her no to step up to the plate. Xentar is also on the line, as most of his stats are okay, but I think he leans towards the kicking side of the fence...

Also take note that if we do kick these members, our ranking will pluimmet substantially. I don't think this matters, because I would prefer having no rank, but winning wars than firstplace, but losing wars due to stinky members...

was lookin at them members list, and noticed a very odd thing. Fionn, who is still level ten, (where are he????) has like practicly very bad stats. I dont' know if it matters since he started the guild, but soem members who get kicked due to skills may be upset that their leader is setting a bad precedent. I say anyone who can contact Fionn, should tell him to get his stats up. I sa bad sign when the weakest player is the leader, especially when levels lower than he, could beat him. If he doesn't return soon, I believe somethin should be done... (does anyone know why he left?? If he has a date of return , maybe, but if its like he doesn't have time, than maybe we should get a new leader...)

I've looked through that list. Thanks saci.. Anthrax and Veasel are not bad.. They need to stop leaking gold though.. I think the rest can be booted.. Up to Thraven..

I'm gonna be a bit lazy here and put it off for a lil bit, don't want to totally gut the guild. I'll try to get in touch with as many of the folk listed as I can, tell them to get to work on thier stats/strategies. While I am all for cleaning out dead wood, I don't want to cut someone because of something they did earlier and have stopped doing, or because someone's stompipng all over them on a vendetta.
I guess I'll have to message them, and then take a week or 2 and start tracking thier performance.

Bad news. We are actuall moving down the ranks. our best was at position 21, and now we have descended to position 23. We did on the other hand, lose a member somewhere, (dont know whoi, but we are down to 21 members) and this could be the reason. GET MORE LOOT!!!
